Your responsibilities include: Preparing, plating, and serving meals, including special dietary options Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen equipment and food prep areas Following food safety standards and completing HACCP documentation Collaborating with hospitality staff to ensure smooth meal service Assisting with restocking and kitchen supply requests Upholding a high standard of hygiene and professionalism at all times What We’re Looking For National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain) Valid Driver’s Licence Basic understanding of food safety practices (HACCP) Ability to work as part of a team and communicate clearly Commitment to respect, dignity, and service excellence Desirable: Previous experience in an aged care or hospitality kitchen Italian language skills Food Safety or HACCP training Familiarity with aged care standards and continuous improvement principles Who We Are Bene Aged Care is a values-driven, not-for-profit organisation providing compassionate, person-centred care to older South Australians.
