The Role We’re looking for a full-time Veterinary Nurse to work across both AES North Coast (based in Ballina) and Bangalow Vets, delivering compassionate, strong service centered care to our patients and, supportive partnership to our clients. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in both fast-paced emergency environments and the consistency of general practice. You’ll be exposed to complex ECC cases, contribute to preventive care, assist with surgeries, and be part of a close-knit team making a real difference. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting ECC vets in triage, critical care, monitoring and emergency surgery Assisting in GP consults, wellness care, pathology, and routine surgeries Maintaining exceptional patient and client care standards across both locations Collaborating across teams to deliver continuity of care Participating in nurse rounds, CPD, and ongoing development What You’ll Bring Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent) Minimum 1–2 years of experience in GP, ECC, and mixed practice Passion for both emergency and preventative care Ability to work flexible full-time hours across a rotating roster Positive energy, strong communication skills, and a love of teamwork Why Join Us?
