Job Description Assist the National Vet Operations Manager ensuring the hospitals in your designated area run in the most efficient and profitable manner, focusing on effective hospital operations, people management and business development to ensure its continuing success. A Peek Into Your Petstock Day Ensure hospital cost controls are maintained, with particular attention to wages and COGS. Assist in formulating forecast budget for all vet hospitals in your area and adjusting operational forecast based on clinic performance. Provide monthly reports to the National Vet Operations Manager on the operations and performance of each PETstock VET/Our Vet site in your area. Monitor monthly sales and other financial targets, including defined KPIs. Support the local hospitals in your area in the recruitment, onboarding, and induction of team members, including new hospital recruitment when required. Manage Petstock VET/Our Vet hospital teams performance through KPI monitoring, training, performance management & PDPs. Assists where required in the induction & training of hospital team members, JV partners and managers at all newly opened Petstock VET/Our Vet clinics. Do you have the below experience and looking to take the next step in your career? Relevant qualifications in the Veterinary industry. Relevant business management qualifications highly regarded although not essential. Demonstrated experience in change management. Experience in implementing effective national and local marketing strategy. Strong people leadership skills, particularly with recruitment, rostering, grievance, performance management and team engagement practices. Demonstrated success in building sales and people management. Demonstrated ability to achieve & exceed sales targets.
