The Role Support workplace health and safety initiatives and rehabilitation programs. Provide expert advice on WHS policies, procedures, and compliance Deliver proactive injury management and return-to-work programs Collaborate with managers to embed a strong safety culture Conduct workplace assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies The Ideal Person You will be a forward-thinking WHS and/or Rehabilitation professional with a practical and solutions-focused mindset. Your ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels allows you to deliver high-quality advice and outcomes. You will be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively to support organisational safety goals. Relevant qualifications in Work Health and Safety and/or Injury Management, coupled with strong knowledge of WHS legislation and best practice, will set you up for success.
