The Role Provide generalist HR advice and support with a focus on L&D: Deliver HR advice and support across the employee lifecycle Support and uplift Learning and Development initiatives Partner with managers to address workforce planning needs Assist with policy development, recruitment, and onboarding Contribute to HR projects aligned with organisational priorities The Ideal Person You are an experienced HR generalist with strong knowledge of APS HR frameworks and processes. You bring demonstrated capability in Learning and Development and enjoy working collaboratively with stakeholders to build capability and enhance employee experience. Your interpersonal skills allow you to build trust and coach managers effectively, while your hands-on approach ensures you can adapt to the needs of a growing organisation.
