This is a Hybrid Role - 2 days in our Surry Hills Office and 3 days WFH What you’ll do Tackle complex design challenges by developing scalable, accessible, and consistent design patterns that elegantly balance technical constraints with real user needs. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to constantly evaluate, iterate and optimize overall UX and deep user flows that address real user needs and maintain consistency across the product. Champion design excellence through clear communication of principles, research insights, and measurable business outcomes. What you'll bring to Workyard A BA degree in design, interaction, or a related field. 4 years shipping SaaS products; at least 2 years of proven experience in owning or heavily contributing to a cross‑platform design system.
