Ensure compliance and optimal performance of enterprise service levels by managing and performing the dissemination and implementation of policies, processes and standards for technical configuration of the enterprise infrastructure. Manage and contribute to the development, publication, implementation and compliance to technical policies, standards and procedures at an enterprise level. How you will be assessed Demonstrated ability to develop and promote Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) processes based on the ITIL framework, primarily incident / problem / change / release / configuration management. (SFIA Code: ITMG 6, USUP 5; CHMG 5) Demonstrated high level skills and experience in managing non-clinical applications/services and in the delivery of integrated enterprise applications in a large and complex service delivery environment. (SFIA: TECH Level 6) Demonstrated ability in the provision of high-level specialist advice on, and support for the following technology domains to analyse, provide technical direction, standardisation, professional advice and support of enterprise ICT services in a large customer focus organisation Payroll SAP HR PTIMS LPR for S/4 HANA PAWS KARDEX Well-developed interpersonal, oral and written communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others and work collaboratively with people to make decisions.
