About the Role Our State Government client is seeking an AO3 Administration Officer to join the team on a temporary basis. Based in Brisbane CBD, the role is set to commence in August and will be offered as a 12-month assignment with the option to extend. Working 38 hours per week, the casual hourly rate is $49.40 plus super. In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative support to statutory committees and internal teams, including preparing correspondence, managing documents and databases, and coordinating workflows. You’ll assist with research tasks, maintain confidential records, and help organise meetings and certification processes aligned with regulatory requirements. About You Solid administrative experience, ideally within a regulated or compliance-focused environment; Background in supporting formal processes such as certification, licensing, or regulatory assessments; Process-oriented with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail; Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, document management systems, and the ability to quickly learn new systems; Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships; and Effective problem-solving skills, using logic and structured thinking to achieve results.
