We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a high impact Customer Portal project focused on boosting digital engagement and self-service capabilities. This role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that the portal meets user needs, aligns with business objectives, and delivers a seamless customer experience. You will be responsible for: Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to identify current and future-state needs. Translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for design and development teams. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that delivered solutions meet business goals. Collaborate with project managers, UX designers, and developers throughout the project lifecycle. YOU Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with digital platforms or customer-facing solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Proficient in business analysis tools and techniques (eg; process mapping, user stories, wireframes). Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud or similar CRM and portal technologies.
