ROLE We're seeking a strategic, outcome-focused Experience Cloud Technical Lead to provide technical leadership and oversight for the delivery of a customer portal built on Salesforce Experience Cloud. This is a key leadership role within a high-priority digital transformation initiative. You’ll ensure architectural integrity, technical consistency, and best practice alignment, bridging business goals and technical execution, guiding solution design, integration strategy, and platform governance. Provide technical leadership across all Experience Cloud workstreams Align architecture and solution design to Salesforce best practices Validate technical approaches across integration and development layers Liaise between business, technical, and vendor stakeholders Identify and mitigate risks to ensure scalability, security, and delivery quality YOU You're a confident, senior-level Salesforce expert who brings enterprise delivery experience and architectural insight. You influence outcomes without needing to be on the tools and are comfortable guiding multi-vendor teams toward a cohesive solution. Deep knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud architecture and capabilities.
