This role is responsible for driving continuous improvement and cost effectiveness across the organisation’s end-to-end supply chain operations. This role focuses on identifying, analysing, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels within supply chain processes. Additionally, the role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, adherence to corporate governance standards and the implementation of best practices to maintain the integrity and transparency of supply chain activities. Working collaboratively with the broader Supply Chain leadership team, cross-functional stakeholders, and external partners, the Optimisation & Governance Lead is crucial in providing data-driven solutions and implementing best practice methodologies. The role ensures that sourcing, logistics, and inventory management activities are aligned with business objectives and executed within agreed timelines, all while adhering to company policies, regulatory standards and governance frameworks to compliance across all supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: Leading supply chain optimisation projects, engaging cross-functional teams in a high growth environment Coach, guide and mentor a team of Supply Chain professional across locations Implementing and streamlining processes and systems Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and evaluate procurement needs and define project strategy Leveraging analytics to inform decision-making, Ensuring compliance with governance frameworks, regulatory standards and policies Accountability and reliability throughout the supply chain. Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in business / commerce preferred Experience: Supply chain, operations management preferably in a medium to large organisation Project management experience essential Experience in a corporate environment dealing with complex organisational structures Hospitality or facilities management industry experience particularly in remote locations an advantage Supply Chain systems and tools (e.g. SAP, JDE, Power BI, Contract Management). Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Proven expertise in organizational, project, and change management, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities effectively Strong Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Self driven energy who leads by example Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities About Us Civeo Australia, a division of Civeo Corporation, provides workforce accommodation services globally.
