ABOUT THE ROLE As a Client Support Intake Representative , we’re looking for a warm, proactive, and people-loving individual. You'll be the friendly first point of contact for any referrers, families and new clients wanting to get started with allied health services for the first time. You’ll also be the first contact for local visitors to our Cheltenham Office and clinic based in Victoria. The Client Support Intake Representative role is a chance to genuinely connect with individuals and help them get the support they need. You'll be part of a national Client Support Team who support our newest clients and customers across Australia, but you’ll be based in a local office working as part of a supportive and energetic local team of clinicians and support staff, in a role that’s equal parts meaningful and rewarding. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Be the friendly voice on the phone and inbox, handling enquiries, referrals, and bookings. Connect new enquiries to the allied health services we provide. Keep the wheels turning in the office with seamless coordination. Build strong relationships with clients and teammates alike. Experience working with customer data, documentation, record-keeping. Sound MS Office, data entry skills and booking platforms (Word & Excel). A working knowledge of the NDIS sector (highly regarded). Excellent written and verbal communication. 2 years of experience in an administration role (highly regarded). Administration or Receptionist experience in a Healthcare setting (highly regarded). Sharp attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure. Quick thinking and confidence managing high-volume enquiries. NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and WWCC (or willingness to obtain). Willing to work predominantly at our Cheltenham Office, with the opportunity to work from home.
