Your responsibilities will include: Managing diaries, client communication, and pipeline admin Attending private inspections and open homes Assisting the Operations Manager with invoicing, data tracking, systems coordination, and vendor liaison Streamlining internal processes and supporting project coordination Maintaining accurate MLS listings and ensuring CRM & property data are current You bring: Previous experience as a Sales PA, or similar—ideally in Real Estate Proficiency with calendars, Microsoft Office suite, and CRM platforms Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organisational flair An ability to multitask calmly under pressure, with precision and proactivity Discretion, integrity, and a warm yet professional approach Current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
