We are looking for someone with a passion for client service and operational excellence, ready to play a pivotal role in managing client contracts, supporting healthcare operations, and driving service growth across major projects and site-based medical services. This full-time role is based in West Perth and will focus on our Oil & Gas Projects . What We Do: Baseline delivers integrated services across three core domains: Registered Training Organisation (RTO) – Delivering nationally accredited emergency training. Injury Management Clinic – Supporting occupational health assessments and recovery. Onsite Labour Hire Division – Supplying paramedics, nurses, and emergency response teams to high-risk and remote sites. What You'll Be Doing: As the Key Client & Project Manager, you will: Manage and grow relationships with key site and project clients. Ensure service delivery aligns with commercial agreements and KPIs. Support operational teams in meeting governance and contractual requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance service quality. Drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Lead and coordinate multiple operational teams across remote site locations, ensuring seamless service delivery, team performance, and compliance with company standards. What You'll Bring: Strong account and project management experience. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Understanding of healthcare service delivery and governance.
