What you’ll be doing: Owning the end-to-end R&D Tax process—from client meetings to technical documentation, expenditure calculations, and strategic advice. Managing a portfolio of forward-thinking clients across diverse industries. Leading and mentoring junior team members, sharing your knowledge and building capability. Staying ahead of legislative changes and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Building your network—internally and externally—to drive business development and collaboration. About you: What we’re looking for: A background in Science, Engineering, IT, Commerce, Law, or Accounting —with a passion for innovation. 5 years’ experience in R&D Tax or a related field (ATO or Aus Industry experience also welcome). Strong technical writing and analytical skills—you can turn complex ideas into clear, persuasive arguments. Confidence managing client relationships and juggling competing priorities.
