What you’ll do: Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to achieve greatness (and then some). Oversee department operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with WA real estate legislation. Manage budgets, P&L, and trust accounts like the pro you are. Collaborate with the senior leadership team to drive strategic growth initiatives. Be the go-to expert on tenancy law, trust accounting, and industry best practices. What you’ll bring to the table: 7 years’ experience in residential property management, with at least 2.5 years in a leadership or HOD role. Current Triennial Certificate (WA) and a clear National Police Clearance. Expertise in PropertyTree software. A knack for analysis and financial management. A commercial mindset, strategic thinking, and the ability to adapt your leadership style to suit your team. A valid Australian Driver’s License. Why this role is different: No portfolio management.
