Role Overview: Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative operations while delivering excellent service to clients and staff. Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming clients and guests in a professional and friendly manner. Managing meeting room bookings and preparations. Ordering office supplies and ensuring stock levels are maintained. Handling mail distribution and supporting general administrative duties. Answering and managing multiple phone lines with a courteous and efficient phone manner. Assisting with travel arrangements and various ad-hoc administrative tasks. Quickly adapting to new systems and processes as required. Preferred Experience: We are looking for an individual with previous experience in a business services environment, who is driven, diligent, friendly and professionally presented. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently are essential for success in this role.
