Due to the direction the business are heading in they are seeking an experienced Brisbane based site manager to deliver an upcoming multi-story commercial office build south of Brisbane. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all on-site activities and operations for the project Carrying out regular site inspections to ensure outcomes are being achieved in quality and safety On-site coordination and management of construction teams including trades, labourers and subcontractors Maintain accurate records of on-site activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and safety documentation Reviewing scope of works and providing input Ensure that the project is running to program and milestones are being met Key Skills/Qualifications Required: Open Builders Supervision licence Strong trade background and proven track record Previous project experience delivering a multi-story commercial build highly beneficial High level of communication and interpersonal skills Strong work-ethic with a true emphasis on quality and safety In-depth knowledge of the Australian and in particular Queensland construction market Solid level of computer literacy ideally with experience using software such as Procore Salary: Circa $200,000 inc super Further Benefits: This builder has significant momentum behind them and are in a fantastic position in the market Excellent senior leadership team and in house knowledge and resource Excellent pipeline of work across a variety of sectors Email: George@uniterecruitment.com.au Mobile: 0432692314 If you are interested in discussing the role further, please feel free to give George a call for more information.
