Build and Design Coordinator Location: Brisbane CBD Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $80,000 to $110,000 plus Superannuation About the Company Our client is a respected residential builder and developer with a strong track record across SEQ. About the Role We are working with a reputable home builder and developer in South East Queensland to find an experienced Build and Design Coordinator . In this role, you will coordinate residential design documentation to ensure homes are build-ready, cost-effective, and compliant across multiple land estates. You’ll play a key role in delivering practical and efficient housing designs that meet both client and construction requirements. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate home designs across residential estates (10 to 100 lots) Liaise with developers to align subdivision and civil plans with home layouts Review and optimise layouts (e.g. kitchen, bathroom) for practicality and cost-efficiency Recommend façade materials and treatments that enhance visual appeal and streetscape Assist in designing new housing types, including terraces and narrow-lot homes Ensure compliance with planning requirements, overlays, and local building codes Maintain and update the housing product register and specifications Conduct regular site inspections to assess layout execution and quality Work with sales and marketing teams to ensure accurate product documentation Skills and Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in residential design, drafting, estimating, or construction coordination Proficient in Revit or similar architectural design software Strong understanding of floorplan design with a focus on cost and build efficiency Familiarity with local planning schemes and site-specific overlays Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Why Apply: Join a respected and growing SEQ builder–developer Competitive salary and long-term growth opportunities Exposure to both home building and property development Supportive, people-focused team culture How to Apply: If you are ready to take your career to the next level and make a meaningful impact in the world of property development, we want to hear from you!
