Unite Construction have partnered with a well-established and respected builder to source a Senior Project Manager to deliver multiple projects valued up to $20M across the public sector, education, commercial, and social housing sectors . This is a key leadership role where you’ll take ownership of project delivery from start to finish. You’ll be supported by a well-resourced team of Contract Administrators, Site Managers, and Foremen, while working closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure safe, on-time, and high-quality delivery. Initially you will be closing out a circa $20M school build before managing from start to finish a $6M commercial office build. Key Responsibilities Full responsibility for project delivery including programming, cost control, safety, and quality Leadership and management of the project team (CA, SM, Foremen) Management of subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and performance Liaison with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders Drive project reporting, forecasting, and risk management Experience Proven experience delivering projects up to $20M in value Strong background in public sector, education, commercial, or social housing construction Ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver outstanding results Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar What’s On Offer Lead significant projects with a builder on a strong growth trajectory Genuine opportunities to grow your career as the business expands Salary package circa $200,000 - $220,000 super For further information contact George Arnold on 0432 692 314 or george@uniteconstruction.com.au for a confidential conversation.
