About the Role: Ascend Recruit is partnering with a well-established developer to source an experienced Development Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of residential and lifestyle community projects. Based in Brisbane this role will suit someone with strong project delivery, feasibility, and stakeholder management expertise. Key Responsibilities: Oversee projects from acquisition through to completion Conduct feasibility studies, financial modelling, and risk assessments Manage planning approvals and application processes Coordinate consultants, contractors, and design teams Work closely with acquisitions, design, and construction teams Provide regular updates to executive leadership Ensure budget, timeline, and quality objectives are met Support development strategy and pipeline planning What You Bring: 5 years in property development, ideally residential or lifestyle sectors Proven experience managing full project lifecycles Solid understanding of QLD planning and approvals Strong financial acumen and modelling capabilities Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills Tertiary qualifications in Property, Planning, Construction, or related field Why Apply: Work with a respected and growing national developer Join a high-performing and collaborative team Hamilton-based office with a supportive work culture Competitive salary: $200K Super Real career growth and development opportunities Flexibility - Work from Home!
