Join us, in this challenging role that will see you navigating constantly changing construction risks across De-Watering, Civils, and Electrical & Instrumentation disciplines, within the umbrella MSA maintenance framework. You’ll be tasked with fulfilling and driving the company’s HSE Lead Indicators, including infield coaching, procedure auditing and workplace inspections. Reporting to the Project Manager (line) and the HSEQ Manager (function) you will be pro-active in assessing and planning for up-coming risk, diligently report on HSE daily, weekly and monthly, and continually assure that best-practice training is in place. Duties and Responsibilities Manage all HSE aspects on the project site, including HSE reporting and administration. Conduct inspections/audits of project processes, as per the Audit Schedule, and report on their outcomes. Participate in the development and review of HSE documentation, including Risk Assessments, Procedures and Safe Work Instructions. Collate, track, and report relevant HSE data and statistics. Take an active role in incident investigations, including the collection of evidence, statements, timelines, and other data. Communicate and consult with site personnel by delivering information such as HSE Policies, Procedures, hazard alerts, and other relevant information. Assist with the maintenance and execution of our ISO45001and ISO14001 certified HSE system at a project and corporate level. Prerequisites Prior experience in a FIFO construction site-based HSE role Qualifications in Health, Safety, and Environmental (Cert IV OH&S or above) Construction White Card Valid Driver’s Licence Cert IV in Training and Assessing (preferred) Incident Investigation Training, ICAM (preferred) Auditing Training (preferred) About Us PPS Water Group provides end-to-end project solutions across Australia.
