They strive to make the building process as stress-free as possible. Their site managers have the lowest client ratio in the industry to ensure the best quality on the job and you will have one dedicated administrator to liaise with from start to handover. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee the scheduling of all construction activities, ensuring timely completion of projects Prepare detailed project estimates, taking into account materials, labour, and equipment costs Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimise scheduling and budgets Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the construction process Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project schedules and estimates Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes Requirements: Proven experience as a Scheduler/Estimator in the construction industry, preferably in a similar role Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines
