Duties: Model and promote safe work practices. Build strong relationships by being visible in the field. Conduct regular HSE site inspections to ensure compliance. Support the review and development of SWMSs/JHAs. Provide HSE advice during prestart meetings. Coach leadership on managing onsite HSE risks. Foster a proactive safety culture. Assist with site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Manage hazard reporting and risk processes.
