Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily site activities and manage subcontractors Ensure construction meets design, quality, and safety standards Maintain tight control over project timelines and budgets Identify and resolve site issues proactively Communicate regularly with the office team and project stakeholders Drive a strong safety culture across the site Requirements: Minimum 5 years across luxury bespoke homes Sound knowledge of building standards Ability to communicate to fellow staff with the appropriate level of detail. Ability to communicate in a professional manner, verbally and electronically, with designers, engineers, contractors and construction supervisors Self-manage time including, determining priorities, being efficient and completing tasks to given timeframes.
