What You’ll Do Provide clinical leadership and drive best-practice care delivery Oversee care planning, AN-ACC assessments, and compliance Ensure quality assurance systems and continuous improvement frameworks are maintained Monitor and support accreditation and infection prevention protocols Lead and support a multidisciplinary care team with empathy and accountability Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to promote a culture of safety, trust and compassion What You’ll Bring Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration Minimum 3 years' experience in a clinical leadership role in aged care Strong knowledge of AN-ACC, aged care accreditation standards, and regulatory frameworks IPC (Infection Prevention and Control) training highly regarded Confident team leadership and staff supervision skills Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Computer literacy and a genuine passion for improving resident outcomes Why Join Us?
