The Opportunity We’re on the lookout for an organised, enthusiastic and people-focused HR Administrator to join our dynamic People, Quality & Safety team in this full time or part time (minimum 30 hours per week) role. This is your chance to bring your admin smarts to a role that matters. As our Human Resources Administrator, you will provide vital support across the full employee lifecycle, including: Supporting recruitment, onboarding and performance review processes Keeping HR records neat, tidy, accurate and audit-ready Tracking milestones like probations, training, and compliance dates Being the friendly first point of contact for HR queries Helping coordinate staff training and development Assisting with payroll paperwork and rostering support Promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and values working in a purpose-driven environment where people come first. What You’ll Bring Previous admin experience (HR experience a bonus!) Eagle eyes for detail and a love of keeping things organised Great people skills and a warm, professional communication style Ability to juggle tasks and meet deadlines without breaking a sweat Confidence with Microsoft Office and HR/business systems Commitment to confidentiality, integrity and learning on the go.
