What You’ll Do: Lead month-end and year-end reconciliations, consolidations, and financial reporting. Support the Group Financial Controller and Group Reporting Manager in external audits and financial statement preparation. Own the Group’s lease accounting in line with AASB 16. Contribute to tax compliance, including BAS preparation. Oversee fixed asset management and assist in system enhancements to improve financial processes. Strengthen internal controls across the business units. Manage special projects that impact business strategy and growth. About You: CA/CPA qualified (or nearly complete). Strong external audit background, perfect for a first-time mover from public practice. Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with exposure to Power BI (desirable). Excellent communication skills to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
