As a Claims Consultant, your role is central to Youi’s reputation and relationships. You play a crucial part in end-to-end service delivery of claims when our customers need us the most. By being the point of contact for clients and all service providers, you'll utilise your exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to ensure our customers have a positive and memorable claims experience. The role Monday-Friday role Manage your own portfolio of claims Help our customers in their time of need by processing their claims from start to finish Problem solving on a daily basis to reach outcomes that work for both our clients and Youi Be a direct point of contact for customers, service providers and assessors to ensure the smooth processing of each claim About you Great communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate information Experience in administration, with high attention to detail is a bonus Skilled at multitasking and enjoy busy environments Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilities Familiarity with case or portfolio management is a plus Don't tick every box?
