About the Role As the Financial Reporting Manager , you will take ownership of the group’s financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering accurate and timely results to stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Leading the preparation of statutory financial statements and ensuring compliance with IFRS reporting requirements; Managing the month-end, half-year, and year-end close processes, including consolidation of group financials; Coordinating external audits and addressing audit queries; Preparing board and investor reporting, offering critical insights into financial performance; Reviewing and implementing financial reporting policies to ensure alignment with best practices and compliance standards; Partnering with internal stakeholders to provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions; and Driving process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reporting quality. About You We’re looking for a driven and technically proficient finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. To excel in this role, you will need: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with CPA or CA qualifications; Extensive experience in financial reporting, ideally within an ASX-listed or large corporate environment; Strong knowledge of IFRS and Australian accounting standards, with proven experience in managing statutory reporting; Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships across the business; and A proactive mindset, with a focus on process improvement and delivering value to the organisation.
