As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a motivated and client-focused Associate Buyer’s Agent to join our team full-time. About the Role As an Associate Buyer’s Agent, you will work closely with the Directors and Senior Agents to support and manage the end-to-end buying process for clients. From initial brief through to exchange and settlement, you’ll gain deep exposure to the entire buyer journey while developing your skills and network within the prestige real estate market.This is a full-time position with a clear pathway toward becoming a Buyer’s Agent. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing client briefs and providing property search support Attend property inspections, off-markets, auctions, and private appointments on behalf of clients Liaise with selling agents to uncover off-market opportunities and maintain strong relationships Conduct market research, price analysis, and appraisals Prepare and present property shortlists and due diligence reports Assist in negotiation support and learn from senior agents Coordinate pre-settlement inspections and assist with the settlement process Maintain CRM and assist with client communications and admin tasks as needed About You A genuine passion for property and helping people Strong interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented, proactive, and organised Able to work autonomously and within a fast-paced environment Comfortable networking and building relationships with sales agents and clients A strong desire to grow within a supportive, high-performing team Qualifications & Requirements NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence (or currently obtaining) A valid driver’s licence and access to a car Prior experience in property, sales, or client services preferred but not essential Availability to work Saturdays and outside standard business hours when required What We Offer A rare opportunity to learn from experienced, well-connected buyer’s agents in the prestige space Hands-on experience with clients, active deals, and off-market access Career growth pathway toward becoming a Buyer’s Agent Flexible work environment with premium branding and strong industry reputation How to Apply If you're ready to build a career in buyer representation and want to be part of a growing, client-first team, we’d love to have a confidential discussion.
