The r ole Reporting into the Head of Brand and Marketing, the Senior Manager, Individual Insurance Marketing role is a fixed term contract opportunity through to January 2027. In this role, you’ll lead the development and delivery of Acenda’s B2B and B2C marketing strategies, with a strong focus on growth marketing in the financial adviser channel. You’ll be responsible for shaping how we engage advisers across campaigns, content, and effective communications to drive sales, deepen relationships, and support retention. In parallel, you’ll execute the marketing strategy for our direct-to-consumer insurance products, supporting Acenda’s ambition to diversify and grow its customer base. You’ll drive performance-led campaigns across digital and owned channels, working closely with product, sales and service teams to achieve commercial outcomes. About you An experienced Marketing professional, you possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in a highly regulated environment such as the financial services space, with a focus on growth marketing. You’ll bring a deep understanding of how advisers operate and what drives their decision-making. This is a role for someone who has successfully delivered marketing initiatives for or with financial advisers and can hit the ground running delivering impactful outcomes from the get-go. You are comfortable working in ambiguity and can speak to your success and track record in delivering a strategy to grow a share of voice in past campaigns and executions within both a B2B and B2C market. This is a hands-on leadership role where your strategic thinking, executional discipline and ability to influence across the business will directly impact growth.
