This dynamic role offers an even split between architectural work and project management responsibilities , providing a rare opportunity to gain holistic experience across the lifecycle of projects. Key Responsibilities: Architecture & Design (50%) Assist with the design and documentation of residential projects Support senior architects with drafting, 3D modelling, and presentation materials Conduct site analysis and assist in preparing DA/CC documentation Project Management (50%) Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients across multiple projects Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables Attend site meetings and document progress reports Assist with contract administration and quality assurance Requirements: Recently graduated with a Bachelor or Master of Architecture Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite) Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English – both spoken and written Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills Australian working rights (citizenship, PR, or full work visa) Why Join Us?
