About you: To be considered for this position you will have: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or related discipline with a demonstrated depth and breadth of experience in HR business partnering model. Demonstrated ability to act as an internal consultant and business partner to meet the needs and expectations of internal customers. Demonstrated experience driving HR policies, systems, strategies and programs. Significant ER/IR experience and a deep understanding of employment laws and regulations to build leadership capability, contemporary case management and support organisational change. Strong research, analysis and diagnostic skills to enable informed decision making.
