Facilitate scheduling of interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Maintain organized records of candidate interactions and recruitment processes. Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey. Requirements Fluency in Dutch and English is essential. No prior experience in recruitment is required; full training will be provided. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in helping others. Familiarity with online recruitment tools is a plus but not mandatory. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
