We are now seeking a commercially confident and people-focused Consultant to join our growing team, preferably based in either Melbourne or Brisbane. What you'll be doing This is a full 360° role with real depth. You will be supported by strong systems and a respected brand, but your success will come from the quality of your relationships, your hunger to go further, and your commitment to delivering excellence. You will have the opportunity to: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for Middle and Senior Leadership roles Build trusted partnerships with schools to support thoughtful, values-aligned hiring decisions Map, research, and proactively engage senior talent through Headhunting and market insight Coach candidates through career-defining transitions with empathy and transparency Deliver Retained and Contingent Search campaigns with professionalism, pace, and care Write clear, compelling candidate and client documentation Support Tender and Account Development with a long-term lens Maintain Data Integrity and ensure Compliance What you will bring You may come from Agency Recruitment, Executive Search, Internal Talent Acquisition, or another relationship-driven environment.
