About the Role As the Services Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of all building services on site — including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire protection, and communications. Working closely with project and site teams, you will ensure services are integrated seamlessly and delivered to program, budget, and quality expectations. Key Responsibilities Oversee the design, installation, integration, and commissioning of all services Review documentation for design conflicts and provide buildability solutions Manage the services program in alignment with the overall construction schedule Ensure full compliance with industry standards and project specifications Lead inspections, commissioning, and defect management processes Support procurement and cost control of services trades Enforce safety practices and proactively manage risk Act as the key contact for all services-related matters, internally and externally About You 5–8 years’ experience in a Services Manager or Services Coordination role within commercial construction Strong technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fire services Proven experience delivering complex, multi-service projects from design through to handover Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail Proficient with construction management software and Microsoft Office Tertiary qualifications in Building Services, Construction Management or Engineering (desirable) Why Join?
