We work every day to elevate our associate’s experience! Key Responsibilities Cleans all back-of-house areas, including operational equipment and supplies, under the guidance of the Head Steward. Follows proper cleaning routines for service ware, equipment, floors, etc. Follows proper use and cleaning of all dish room machinery. Assists in all events’ set ups such as Buffets, food stations, live cooking stations. Assists in operations of the Associate Canteen for maintenance, upkeep and daily operational requirements. Assists in events, programs, and activities for the kitchen in coordination with the Head steward and Chef Benefits, Perks & Rewards: Full Time contract.
