What We Offer: A respected, high-performing venue with a loyal customer base Hands-on leadership role with autonomy Competitive salary and performance incentives A supportive team and an opportunity to make your mark Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including bar, bistro, and gaming Lead and manage a diverse team of staff across front-of-house and back-of-house Drive a strong customer service culture and ensure a positive guest experience Manage staff recruitment, rostering, onboarding, and performance management Monitor budgets, revenue targets, and cost controls to optimise profitability Ensure compliance with all licensing, OH&S, food safety, and RSA/RSG regulations Develop and implement marketing, event, and promotional strategies Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders Maintain venue presentation, cleanliness, and operational efficiency at all times About You: Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a leadership role in a hospitality venue Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, gaming, and compliance requirements Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage a fast-paced environment with confidence and professionalism Financial acumen and experience with POS and venue management systems A current RSA & RCG certificate (NSW) If you're a passionate hospitality leader ready to take the reins of a thriving Glebe venue, we’d love to hear from you!
