This role oversees operations across our Banquets department . You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, supporting daily operations, and driving team performance. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Service Excellence - Ensure efficient, friendly, and professional beverage service across all outlets - Deliver memorable guest experiences that exceed expectations - Recognize and cater to VIP and regular guests' preferences - Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation Operational Leadership - Supervise daily restaurant and function operations - Assist with menu planning and cost control - Support servers and hosts during peak periods - Maintain compliance with RSA and liquor licensing guidelines Team Development - Identify training needs and implement development plans - Ensure staff are knowledgeable in beverage and wine offerings - Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment Financial & Inventory Management - Monitor and maintain beverage costs within budget - Conduct regular stocktakes and manage breakage reporting - Ensure accurate billing and adherence to hotel procedures What We're Looking For Leadership & Execution - Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving skills - Ability to adapt under pressure and lead by example - Results-driven with a focus on team success Relationship Building - Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with guests and colleagues - Experience in banquet and event service operations is a plus Core Competencies - Basic computer literacy - Strong numerical and communication skills - RSA certification (current and compliant) Why Join Us?
