Key Responsibilities:- Supporting the management team by contributing to operational planning and performance measures including collating and preparing reports, documents and correspondence to customers, management and staff.- Manage workloads and tasks, implement internal controls, review processing and service standards and develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and perform and report test results.- Research, investigate and analyse human resource management and payroll processing issues and recommend effective solutions to support payroll and establishment activities.- Maintaining knowledge of relevant human resource and payroll related policies, entitlements, procedures and business process as well as an understanding of the business operation and structure of the department.- Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and support the implementation of business improvement opportunities and optimise human resource, payroll and establishment services, processes and systems.Applications to remain current for 12 months.Job Ad Reference: QLD/647637/25Closing Date: Tuesday, 22 July 2025
