Reporting to the Partnership Manager, you'll ensure that partners receive all contracted benefits while developing strong, long-term relationships. Your success will be measured by the partner's satisfaction, their continued collaboration, and your ability to add value to every interaction.Day to day you will:Deliver all contracted partnership benefits seamlessly.Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, understanding their business needs and providing solutions.Lead timelines and critical paths both internally and with partners to ensure smooth execution of partnership deliverables.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of sponsorship benefits.Manage partnership documentation and administrative duties.Proactively identify and communicate to the team any potential issues and offer solutions to exceed partner expectations.QualificationsWhat you’ll bring:Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.High emotional intelligence and a solution-oriented mindset.Proven experience in account management with a focus on client satisfaction.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.High professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to manage challenging conversations.Strong writing skills and ability to create professional reports and presentations.Ability to analyse survey results and derive actionable insights.Experience in the events industry will be advantageous.Additional InformationHow we workAt Nine, our flexible work options vary by role and team.
