We curate and deliver events across the Nine publishing Lifestyle brands, Sunday Life, Pedestrian, Drive, Good Food and others partnering with top brands.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic, relationship and results-oriented Partnership Manager to join our growing team. As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for managing and cultivating strong partnership with commercial and government partners to expand the Nine Experiential business. This role focuses on ensuring the successful integration of brands into experiences and campaigns to drive results across engagement, awareness, and brand preference. Day to day you will:Work closely with the Senior Business Development Manager and Senior Event Curators to create strategies for new and existing clients.Develop professional relationships with key partners, commercial and government.Manage and coach a direct report who assists in managing partnerships and executing strategies.Ensure new partners are onboarded effectively with clear objectives and measurements of success.Deliver strong post-campaign/event reports and case studies showcasing ROI and value for partners.Liaise with internal teams to ensure sponsor requirements are factored into event curation, delivery, and marketing plans.This role will require some after hours work including occasional evenings, weekend and interstate work, when events are live.QualificationsYou will bring:A positive solutions focused and glass half full approach.Significant experience in account management/servicing of partners.Proven experience in strategy and business development, including streamlining processes and building opportunities.Excellent communication and emotional intelligence skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work with tight deadlines.Exceptional internal and external stakeholder management abilities.Proven project management skills, from inception to execution.Positive leadership and management experience.Additional InformationOur Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion:We're committed to a safe, respectful and inclusive Nine.
