We are seeking a Head of Marketing & Category to join our team based in North Sydney on a 12-month full-time maternity leave cover contract. In this pivotal role, you will lead our Consumer Marketing & Category team across Australia and New Zealand, driving growth across Pharmacy, Grocery, and Ecommerce channels. You'll shape the brand and category strategy to deliver strong commercial results, develop a high-performing team, and be a key leader within the Consumer Business Unit. Key Responsibilities • Lead and execute brand, category, and shopper marketing strategies across ANZ • Oversee innovation pipeline, portfolio management, and campaign execution • Develop pricing, promotion, and channel strategies based on market insights • Drive customer engagement to win at shelf—both physical and digital • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8 marketers across brand and category functions Skills & Qualifications • 15 years’ experience in FMCG marketing and category leadership roles • Strong commercial acumen and deep knowledge of AU/NZ retail landscape • Expertise in brand strategy, shopper insights, and promotional planning • Proven team leadership with a track record of coaching and developing talent • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a related field What we offer in return We are committed to providing a competitive and attractive salary package along with additional benefits such as: • Employee recognition and rewards • Health and wellness benefits You will be working for an organisation that embraces diversity & inclusion .
