Scheduler | High-End Residential Construction Location: Perth, WA Salary: Competitive salary based on experience We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Scheduler to join our successful construction team. You will play a vital role in the coordination and delivery of high-end residential projects, working closely with estimators, project managers, site supervisors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless scheduling and procurement processes. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage project ordering schedules Assist with take-offs and purchase orders (raising, amending, deleting) Coordinate and track project variations and timelines Distribute construction documents to suppliers and subcontractors Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors on pricing, availability, lead times, and agreements Support site supervisors with construction detailing issues Reconcile project costs and purchase orders using Beams Assist with feasibility assessments and tender pricing Provide technical support to both estimating and design teams Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in estimating/scheduling for high-end residential construction Proficient in quantity take-offs and construction scheduling Solid understanding of modern and conventional building methods Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Advanced knowledge of Beams estimating software Personal Attributes: Strong communicator with attention to detail Excellent time management and organisational skills Professional in both verbal and written communication Reliable, accurate, and consistent administrative capabilities What’s on Offer: Competitive remuneration package A vibrant and collaborative team culture On-site parking Opportunity to work with an award-winning builder
