About the Role The Media and Marketing Officer at Aegis Health is responsible for managing marketing campaigns, media relations, and digital channels to support the organisation's strategic goals. The role focuses on shaping public image and engagement, requiring strong storytelling, healthcare communications expertise, digital marketing skills, and stakeholder management abilities. Role Objectives The Media and Marketing Officer at Aegis Health leads strategic marketing efforts to enhance brand reputation, increase patient and stakeholder engagement, and support service growth. Key responsibilities include brand management, media relations, digital marketing, content creation, campaign execution, stakeholder liaison, crisis communication, and regulatory compliance. The role also contributes to event planning and ensures consumer interactions align with Aegis Health’s values. Requirements of the Role Essential Qualifications and Experience: · Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. · At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar marketing or communications role, ideally within healthcare or a regulated industry. · Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms. · Strong copywriting, editing, and content creation skills. · Proven ability to manage media relations and support crisis communications. · Solid understanding of social media management and analytics tools. · Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. · High level of interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders. · Knowledge of the Australian healthcare sector and relevant regulations is highly desirable. · Professional approach to liaising with all Health Care Practitioners, Staff and Fellow Colleagues. Desirable · Experience in private healthcare sector. · Advanced skills with content creation and management software.
