We’re seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Project Manager to lead this high-profile program, ensuring safe, efficient, and innovative outcomes for the community. You’ll manage a skilled team of electricians, civil workers, and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong stakeholder engagement Key Responsibilities Full accountability for performance and delivery of Traffic Signals and ITS Maintenance Contracts. Lead and manage a team of direct and indirect reports, fostering a culture of safety, innovation, and excellence. Collaborate with City of Gold Coast and key stakeholders to shape service initiatives and drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with Zero Harm policies and conduct regular safety inspections and toolboxes. Manage financial reporting, invoicing, and contract variations. Apply best practice asset management and customer-centric strategies. What you’ll bring Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business Management or equivalent industry experience. Current QLD Electrical Licence and Certificate III in Electrotechnology (desirable). Proven experience in Electrical/ITS industry and team leadership. Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery skills. High emotional intelligence and a proactive approach to team development and change management.
