The Role: As Workshop Manager, you'll oversee all daily workshop operations - from technical execution to team leadership and client liaison. Your expertise will ensure high-quality service delivery and efficient workshop performance in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage workshop activities including repair, assembly, and testing of pumps, gearboxes, and related equipment. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of fitters and technicians. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults in rotating equipment. Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and quality standards.
