About the Role: As a Senior Accountant , you'll take the lead in overseeing key accounting functions, providing strategic business insights and guiding a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of accountants, promoting a positive, growth-oriented environment Prepare and review tax returns for companies, trusts, SMSFs and individuals Compile and analyse financial statements across multiple entities Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive tax and business advisory support Oversee financial processes including month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, investor reporting and internal controls Manage workflow and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery Skills & Experience: CA or CPA qualified, with solid experience in a public practice accounting firm.
