We are seeking a Civil Engineering Technician to support the planning, coordination, and execution of site-based works. This is a full-time position with room to grow. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for civil engineering projects. Interpret technical drawings and plans, and ensure compliance on site. Provide technical support in the construction, operation, and maintenance of civil works. Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure adherence to engineering standards and regulations. Collate and analyse data on project performance and recommend modifications as required. Prepare documentation for quality control and site management. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of works. Assist with estimating material quantities and costs. Implement and monitor environmental and safety controls on site. Qualifications & Skills: Cert IV, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Civil Construction or Engineering. Experience in drainage, kerbing, or roadworks highly desirable. Solid understanding of site plans, levels, and civil materials (e.g. concrete, aggregates, geotextiles). Familiarity with surveying tools, laser levels , and interpreting CAD drawings.
